WOD - Saturday, 2nd February, 2013

1. As Many Rounds As Possible in 5 Minutes of -

10 x Deadlift 100/75kg
10 x Burpee (with lateral Jump over Bar)

2. Partner WOD 

Each Team must perform as Many Rounds as Possible in 15 min of -

3 x Hang Snatch 75%BW
10 x Lateral Jumps Over KB

(One Team Member working while other performs a 100m Farmers carry with two KB's)

3. As Many Rounds as Possible in 3 Minutes of -

1 x 100m Shuttle Runs

Rest 1 Minute, then repeat.
